This color therapy tea turns bright amethyst when first infused, then fades to a tranquil purple. Notes of clove, cumin, cinnamon will warm you from the inside.
Details
- Ingredients: Purple shiso (Perilla frutescens), amrita tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum), lemongrass (Cymbopogon spp.), blue cornflower (Centaurea cyanus)
- Instructions: Steep one or more tablespoons per cup of hot water for at least three minutes.
