Swannanoa Communities Together (SCT) brings people together in the Swannanoa Valley to support each other in meeting needs and accessing resources.
They are community-led and prioritize those facing systemic barriers and marginalization. SCT listens, learns, adapts, and responds to community voices, ensuring everyone has a say in shaping Swannanoa's future.
In 2025, East Fork is committed to donating 1% of all sales directly to our Community Partners, solidifying our commitment to support the organizations working to make a more joyful and equitable world.
