Join NYT bestselling author Alex Elle in conversation with East Fork co-founder Connie Matisse, where we’ll discuss HOW WE HEAL and celebrate the release of a special collaboration with Alex Elle x East Fork. Attendees will receive a signed copy of Alex’s book and a limited edition vessel, The Nourishing Cup, designed in partnership with Alex as part of their ticket.
Doors open at 6pm. Enjoy light bites and sips (wine and non-alcoholic options), an intimate conversation with Alex and Connie, and a meet + greet to follow. Additional vessels and copies of Alex’s book will be available for sale at this special event.
About Alex Elle:
Alexandra Elle is a New York Times bestselling author, wellness educator, and certified Breathwork coach. Writing came into her life by way of therapy and the exploration of healing through journaling and mindfulness. The intention behind Alex’s work is to build community and self-care practices through literature and language.
Her work has been featured by a wide range of media outlets, including The New York Times, NPR, Good Morning America, Essence, MindBodyGreen, Forbes, and many others. She teaches workshops and leads retreats centered around writing-to-heal and self-care. She lives in the Washington DC metro area with her husband and three daughters.

- Ticket package (vessel, book) must be picked up in person during or after the event. In the case you must miss the event, we will hold your package for you for pickup. We cannot ship packages to ticket holders. 1 ticket includes 1 package and 1 seat at the event.
