If you're into making pies from scratch, a handmade iron pie dish forged in the UK's Netherton Foundry just adds to your pie-making cred. This heavy-duty dish can be used at high temps in every kind of oven, it's 2mm thick black iron engineered for superb, even baking. It even comes pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural, non-stick finish, so your quiches and apple pies release nice and easy.
