Sound Bath & Affirmation Art Workshop

Join us at East Fork Atlanta for a rejuvenating Sunday morning Sound Bath experience, featuring the talents of local musician & healer Chelsea Szegidewicz and East Fork team member and local artist, Sam Marett. This unique event offers a harmonious blend of healing, creativity, and connection.

Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of a 30-minute Sound Bath led by Chelsea. This therapeutic experience utilizes sound to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and inner peace. Feel free to bring your favorite comfort items (blankets, pillows, eye masks) to create a cozy and personalized space for your Sound Bath journey.

Intuitive Abstract/Verbal Affirmations: Following the Sound Bath, Sam will offer each participant a personalized 10-minute session to create an intuitive abstract and or verbal affirmation. This unique affirmation will be yours to take home as a reminder of your experience and a source of positive energy.

Community Connection Circle: The event will conclude with a Community Connection Circle, providing a safe and supportive space for participants to share their insights, feelings, and experiences from the morning. This closing circle offers an opportunity to connect with others and integrate the transformative effects of the Sound Bath and affirmations.
