Our go-to summer cocktails inspired by the current seasonal, Secret Beach and our Mediterranean pantry items.

Connie Matisse may be the CEO of East Fork to you, but to me (Cherry),  she’s also the CEO of making delectable cocktails. Inspired by her love of bevies, I’ve put together a few recipes that scream “ITS UNBEARABLY HOT, I FEEL AS THOUGH THE WORLD IS CRUMBLING AROUND ME, AND I NEED TO FIND SOLACE IN SOMETHING COLD AND LOVELY SLIPPING DOWN MY THROAT.”

Pomegranate Molasses Lemonade

3 oz Pomegranate Molasses
Lemon Zest
Juice of 2 Lemons
2 tablespoons Sumac

Rose petal ice cubes, lemon with a peel taken out, peeler, bitters bottle and short clear glass with cocktail in it

Gin Martini
with Summer Bitters over Rose Petal Ice w/ Lemon twist

May I present this incredibly delicious iced martini featuring our new Bitters collaboration with Heilbron Herbs - it’s refreshing, aromatic, savory, and visually stunning.

2 oz Gin
1 oz Dry Vermouth
Rose Petal ice cubes
Lemon
East Fork Summer Martini Bitters

To Make:

Combine Gin, Vermouth, and regular ice in a cocktail tin, stir until the tin is cold

Place your rose petal ice cubes in a rocks glass and strain your martini over the cubes

Finish with a lemon peel, expressed, and 1 dropperful of East Fork martini bitters

Tin of coffee, espresso martini, coffee liqueur

Espresso Martini
with Greek Coffee

This one is best served in our favorite martini coupe.

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Greek Coffee (brewed and strained)
.5 oz Coffee Liquer
.5 oz simple syrup

To Make:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake until foam appears

Strain into a Martini Coupe

Finish with 1 coffee bean

Bottle of sherry, muddler, bowl of ice, copper cup of oranges

Sherry Cobbler

Need a little release? Got some aggression building with nowhere to put it? Let me introduce you to the muddler. This drink will help put it to good use.

1 inch slice of orange, cut in half
1 quarter of a lemon
3 oz Amontillado Sherry
1 oz simple syrup
Club Soda
Crushed Ice
Mint
Orange Wheel
Powdered sugar

To Make:

In a copper cup, place your Orange and Lemon and muddle

Add Ice, Sherry, Simple Syrup, and Club Soda to the brim

Stir once and Garnish with Mint, Orange and a dusting of Powdered Sugar
