  • Care Tips: Made from glazed terracotta, this casserole is both dishwasher safe and oven proof. Before its first use, immerse the lid and base fully in water for 24 hours. After soaking, place the casserole—already filled with food—into the oven as it preheats. If it hasn’t been used for more than six months, re-soak to maintain its integrity. It’s also stovetop safe, just be sure to use a heat diffuser. Hand wash with mild soap to keep it looking its best.
