Atlanta Store Manager
The Atlanta Store Manager will lead the new, Atlanta-based East Fork team in our new brick and mortar opening in Westside Provisions this November. The Store Manager ensures that sales staff uphold and embody East Fork’s high standards for person-centered, tailor-fit customer service while overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly store tasks. Additionally, this position manages the flow of all goods and capital into and out of the store at West Side Provisions. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively work with the Retail Operations Director and Asheville-based Leadership Staff to help Atlanta sales staff meet and exceed monthly sales goals. In order to help ensure all aspects of this position are performed as expected, measurable metrics will be provided along with regularly scheduled performance reviews. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Retail Operations Director.
Customer Care Team Member
The Customer Care Team Member (“CCTM”) is a liaison between East Fork and our customers. The CCTM handles inbound customer inquiries with direct online customers, incoming calls to the front desk, and visitors to the factory via tours and makes sales of pottery items from our factory shop.
The CCTM works with the Director of Customer Experience to ensure that all East Fork customers and potential customers feel supported, heard, and taken care of in their interactions with East Fork. The CCTM implements systems for customer service interactions, gives expert level customer service to ensure customer retention, collects and translates customer feedback, and helps the Director of Customer Experience in adhering to and improving systems for managing and organizing.
The CCTM answers a variety of questions from returns, exchanges, lost packages, to questions surrounding our products and company. Above all else, the CCTM ensures that anyone who interacts with East Fork leaves feeling welcomed, listened to, and taken care of.
