    Bakes an Awesome Sourdough Loaf!

    Fantastic loaf pan! Beautifully seasoned for quick loaf release. Crust bakes up crisp and chewy. Crumb is delightfully moist. Typically I bake in stoneware but am now a convert of this substantial British black iron pan! Worth every penny. Thanks for opening my eyes!

    Excellent Pan!

    After trying many loaf pans that never seem to distribute heat evenly, I had given up. This pan changed everything. After several uses, the quality cast iron bakes up the perfect loaf or cake every time. I pre-seasoned as the instructions suggest and my pan is well on its way to a long life and many happy uses in my kitchen. Thank you, East Fork, for introducing me to this line. I’ve loved your pottery for many years, and now I love this loaf pan, too!
