Design

Here are just a few things you’ll find The Coupe fits perfectly thanks to its graceful proportions: a little bed of mashed potatoes with roasted chicken thighs and a pool of jus, seared cauliflower steak or steak-steak layered over polenta, tile fish in broth, scallop crudo with little bubbles of olive oil and lime juice, cioppino, porcini risotto, tagliatelle lightly sauced, a good old grain bowl.

Connie Says...

"People ask how many Coupes they should buy. I tell them that, first, the Coupe is designed to be used for individual servings, so we recommend a set of 4-8, depending on household size. But also, think about your entertaining style, because The Coupe is a perfect serving dish for vegetables and sides of all sorts."-Connie Matisse, East Fork’s Co-Founder
