Vivid & Expressive

La Sirène is East Fork’s nod to the iconic blue hue that Henri Matisse used in many of his cut-outs. The color evoked for him volume, distance and quietude—not melancholy. Our blue was designed to layer into The Matisse Collection, providing a monochromatic block of color to contrast against the richness of our creamy Panna Cotta glaze. Blues are notoriously hard to make, and our version speaks to the blue in the decals but offers a slight tonal departure.

    Great size for large dishes and entertaining guests.

    Loving the colors. Really completes my Henri Mattise collection.
