Quilted Cutting Block

Handcrafted in Chicago by woodworker Sam Applebaum, each butcher’s block is built from American hardwoods arranged in a striking quilted pattern. Use it to chop herbs, slice bread, or display your best collection of meats and cheeses. The knife marks that come later are part of the story.

— Crafted from end grain for greater durability and a knife-friendly cutting surface
— Heat-treated ash, cherry and walnut form the quilted pattern
— Substantial enough for chopping, handsome enough for serving
