Tender Earth | A Candle by East Fork

Tender Earth traverses rain-soaked ground and core memories. This scent, developed by Connie Matisse, co-founder of East Fork recalls a moment in time with Alex–– a sudden rain, a budding season, a dirt floor and the clarifying smell of petrichor rising from the pores of the earth.

— Top Notes: armoise, basil, orange terpenes, cinnamon and clove leaf oils
— Heart: petrichor, loam, tobacco flower, geranium and anemone
— Drydown: Canadian fir needle oil, Texas cedarwood, Gurjun balsam, styrax, leather, birch tar, olibanum and oakmoss

Once the candle burns out, stash your pencils, q-tips, spoons, toothbrushes—or anything that needs corralling—in the reusable vessel exclusively in Eggshell.

— When using for the first time, burn the candle until all the wax becomes liquid on the surface to prevent tunneling.

— Caution: Never leave candle unattended. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable materials, pets, and small children. Blow out candle when approximately 1/2-inch of wax remains.
— To burn cleanly, trim wick to ¼” before each burn. This will prevent wick from falling into candle.
