Some people call the coupe a "saucer," which delights. We're bringing back this charming shape with names to match. Let's meet in the yard for some saucers. Let's park it on the porch with a couple of coupes.

The artisans at Milan-based R&D Lab use borosilicate glass made by the company that invented it in 1893. Using beautiful, durable borosilicate glass leaves a low carbon footprint as it is made from naturally abundant materials that do not require excessive mining. If handled with care, borosilicate glass will last a lifetime.

Anatomy of a Martini

I’ve always had a soft spot for the ubiquitous V-shaped Martini glasses. They’re impossibly impractical and ensure that you’ll spill your drink by the time you’re on your second, but there’s something about them that is just so chic. Coupe-style glasses are pretty easy to find nowadays, but we were on the hunt for an elevated version of a classic. We worked with the glass makers and R&D Lab to design what we think is the absolute perfect Martini Glass. Read all about it here, along with the extraordinary design studio and third-generation glass artists at R+D Lab.
