Made on Dr. Kavvadia's Organic Farm in Corfu, this Thakio Olive Oil contains the nectar of rare heirloom Greecian olvies, brought back into popularity by the farmer himself. Thakio olives are known to contain some of the highest levels of antioxidant polyphenols, known for their grassy taste and oxidative stress relieving benefits.
The olive oil made from Thakio olives is beautifully complex, with a fruity bouquet, and a pungent mildly bitter end. Perfect for dipping or cooking.
