Hand Painted Taper

Made by Crying Clover, a husband and wife artist duo from Los Angeles, each taper is handsculpted from recycled wax and local beeswax before being painted. The bold, imperfect checkerboard patterns are reminiscent of skyscraper windows. Burn these and watch the patterns drip into new designs before your eyes, or leave as sculptural pieces of art for your table.

— No two are exactly alike
— Handmade using reclaimed materials
— Beautiful lit or simply on display. We imagine these being layered with Glass Vase Trio for a playful postmodern tablescape.
