Holiday Pie Practice with Keia Mastrianni

Brush up on your pie-making skills ahead of the holiday season. Learn to make pie dough by hand with Keia Mastrianni, our resident pie lady, who will walk attendees through the mechanics and instruction of making an all-butter pie crust for the holiday season. Guests will leave with pie dough know-how and dough if they choose to follow along, plus recipes for classic pie dough and apple pie made for the East Fork Pie Plate.

Be on the lookout for an email with the Zoom link and everything you’ll need before class is in session—coming soon!
