Our Pie Plate embodies generosity. Made for deep dish divination, a showstopping holiday pie, and loving on your people when the baking bug strikes.

This spacious 10-inch ceramic pie plate is suited for classic deep dish apple pie and diner pies to the ceiling. Vetted and tested by our ragtag bunch of culinary nerds and industry pals, we took their recommendations into our design considerations.

— Our pottery is made by humans and reduction-fired in Asheville, North Carolina.

— Our bakeware is dishwasher and microwave safe and is oven safe up to 450 degrees.
— Always avoid open flames and stovetop use and be sure the bakeware is at least 2.5 inches away from any heat source in your oven. After removing from the oven, do not place hot bakeware on a markedly cold surface or in standing water, and please ensure it has cooled some before washing in the sink. The primary concern with any ceramic bakeware is rapid changes in temperature.
— Over time, your pots might accumulate mild cutlery marks. This is natural and part of the patina your pot will develop with time and use. These can be gently buffed away with warm water and scouring powder such as Bar Keeper's Friend. More information.

The East Fork Pie Plate is a form we’ve made before and brought back. Originally hand-thrown, we now create a special mold for the plate and run it through the RAM press on the factory floor.

The East Fork Pie Plate is a spacious 10-inch ceramic pie plate made for long oven bakes and flaky, sturdy pie shells. It’s larger than the standard 9-inch pie tin and much deeper too. Make a picture-worthy fruit pie or have your hand at a mile-high diner pie.

Ceramic stoneware creates an even, steady heat which means a consistent bake and crisp, flaky crusts. Baked items can be served warm and the non-reactive qualities of ceramic do not interact with acidic ingredients.

The depth of the East Fork Pie plate is generous, holding up to 3½ lbs of fruit. Compared to a standard pie plate, ours holds over one pound more of fruit and nearly twice the filling.
